We are Erika’s Lighthouse, and we are the proud creators of the mental health curriculum you were using. We are a non-profit organization that believes every student should have the knowledge and tools they need to care for their mental health. We are thrilled to welcome you directly to the source!

By coming here, you haven’t lost your resources; you’ve gained access to even more. Everything we do is guided by a message of hope, positivity, and a belief in practical solutions. And best of all? Everything is 100% free. No trials, no “intro” curriculum, no hidden fees.

The Programs You Know, Plus So Much More

You are likely familiar with our Classroom Education, which provides skills-based, peer-to-peer lessons for grades 4-12. But that’s just one part of our Four Pillar Philosophy, which is designed to support the entire school community.

By visiting us directly, you now have full, free access to all Four Pillars, plus modified versions for community-based organizations:

  1. Classroom Education: The evidence-informed, skills-based curriculum you’ve already been using to teach mental health literacy, depression awareness, and suicide prevention.
  2. Empowerment Clubs: This may be new to you! We provide all the materials for schools to run student-led clubs that promote good mental health, reduce stigma, and empower student leaders.
  3. Family Engagement: We offer a robust library of free resources for parents and caregivers. This includes our three-part Family Workbook Series and Family Workshops to help you normalize conversations about mental health at home.
  4. Policy & Staff Training: We help schools build a positive climate with training for all staff to become trusted adults, plus resources for MTSS supports and staff wellbeing.
  5. Community Programs: All four pillars are available as modified versions for Community-Based Organizations, big or small.
