How do I access the staff training course?

Erika's Lighthouse offers a staff training course for suicide prevention. Once you complete a registration form, you'll be able to access the free course and earn your certificate.

Step 1: Navigate to the Resource Portal

Step 2: Enter Credentials

  • Enter your Registered Email Address as the Username, and the Password you created.
  • Click "Log In."

Step 3: Access Staff Training Course

  • You will be directed to your Staff Training Dashboard
  • Scroll down and click on the red button “Staff Training 25-26” to get started
  • Watch all of the videos until the end and complete each accompanying quiz

Step 4: Certificate of Completion

  • Once you have completed all of the course videos and passed the quizzes, you may access your Certificate of Completion by going back to the main page of the course.

Step 4: Troubleshooting (If Needed)

  • If you forget your password, click the "Lost Password?" link on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
