Workplace Wellness Project
Turnkey resources to reduce stigma and normalize conversations.
At Erika’s Lighthouse, we’ve always believed that every student deserves good mental health. But we know that mission doesn’t end at graduation. Our workplace partners believe—and we agree—that every employee, and their family, deserves that same level of support.
The Workplace Wellness Project is a collection of refreshingly simple, ready-to-use resources designed to help your organization promote an inclusive culture around mental health, both in the office and their homes.
No barriers. No professional training required. Just the tools you need to support your team and their families.

Four Components for a Healthy, Supportive Culture
We’ve stripped away the complexity of corporate wellness. The Workplace Wellness Project is built on four areas that allow any employee, manager, or executive to champion mental health without needing to be an expert.
Why does mental health matter?
Mental health isn't a luxury—it’s the foundation of a productive and engaged team. When employees feel supported, they are more resilient, more creative, and better equipped to navigate the daily demands of their roles. By prioritizing wellness, you aren't just being a good employer; you are building a stronger, more sustainable organization.
Our "Whole-Home" approach recognizes that an employee’s focus at work is often tied to their family’s well-being. By providing resources that support both the individual and the parent, you reduce burnout and foster a culture of deep loyalty. A workplace that talks openly about mental health becomes a place where people don’t just show up—they thrive.
